Phulkari is an embroidered textile associated with Punjab, practiced by the womenfolk and passed on to the next generation of women. This project aimed at focusing on the art form of Phulkari by focusing on it sevolution, impact of commercialization on the art in the present times, and the initiative taken by the civil society and development sector organisations to revive and sustain the traditional practises.
