Parampara aur Adhunikta Gurukuls and Modern Schools in Goa

This research report explores how Gurukuls in Goa have managed to survive and adapt in the era of modern schools, while also delving into the curricula, pedagogy, extracurriculars, and student-teacher interactions at both types of educational institutions The findings reveal that even though Gurukuls are few in number they have opted for modernity . While modern schools differ from Gurukuls in terms of technology usage and social interaction, both systems share a commitment to fostering a strong bond between pupils and their educators, and nurturing academic passion.
