This research attempts to examine the complex supply chain of Goan seafood, in light of the demand promotional role of the restaurant sector.The research follows the development of fishing from a subsistence venture to a commercial venture. Th research looks into supply as focusing on two major sources of seafood: Marine fisheries and Fish farms.The study aims to comprehend the dynamics of this supply chain, such as drivers of demand, sourcing practices, management techniques, operational disparities and the role of technology.
