Theme
Cultural Identity
Tinkle, a comic magazine, aims to intersect its fictional world into the lives of young children: an imaginary world filled with heroes, local legends, and fantastical adventures that reflected the rhythms of Indian society and subtly conveyed lessons about honesty, empathy, and resilience. Our research aims to uncover the socio-cultural impact on themes of nostalgia, diversity, representation and inclusivity in Tinkle’s narratives
