This research was based on the transformations that Kutiyattam has undergone over the years. Kutiyattam is the oldest surviving art form in existence, although a theatre form from Kerala, it uses the Sanskrit language in its performances. They concluded that Kutiyattam is essentially still evolving. It is still in the process of finding the right balance between the old and the new.
