The street food scene in Indore which is called as the ‘Food Capital of India’. Indore has most popular street food markets, such as Sarafa Market and Chappan Dukan, the street food scene in Indore has experienced a decline in terms of consumer preferences; most modern consumers are shown to prefer fast food over traditional street food. This study delve into their personal stories of vendors, their struggles with the evolving street food scene, their methods of adaptation, and most importantly, their motivators that keep them going
