Sadkon-Ka-Zaiqa, The Street Food of Lucknow
The research study aimed to understand the historical context, cooking techniques and belief systems associated with the popular food joints of Lucknow street food. The study indicated that most joints were rooted in a significant historical context and that every joint had a unique cooking technique.
