Inter-temporal Analysis of Cultural Transition in Aurangabad Focusing on Architecture and Cuisine
This report presents the findings of desk research as well as on-field research conducted on the cuisine and architectural transformations that occurred during the pre-Mughal, Mughal, and post-Mughal eras in Aurangabad. It also compares and contrasts the changes, or the lack thereof, that have occurred in the structures and preparations of these eras, providing a comprehensive overview of the evolution of Aurangabad’s cuisine and architecture over time.
